Tatari progression is mostly about avoiding dead-end spending. The community wiki notes that Tatari are grouped by five elements, six combat roles, and tiers from Blue through Rainbow, with power unlocked through feeding and evolution trials.
What to invest in first
Choose lines that solve a repeatable problem. If a Fire line carries several stages, it deserves food. If a Guardian lets your damage units survive, it may be a better investment than a second attacker.
Good signs
- The Tatari fills a role you do not already have.
- The line has a clear Purple-to-Rainbow path.
- You can name the stages or Zobos it helps against.
- It still fits after your next expected unlock.
When to pause
Pause investment when the only reason is collection value. Glitter Tatari are prestige variants, not stat upgrades, so treat them as a collecting goal rather than a progression shortcut.
